      Android Apps

      Sup Neoniers,

It's been a while since my last post and as you may have noticed this thread is in the offtopic section, so it doesn't have to do with Neon in particular, but as Neon is always a great place for new ideas to come up, I decided to just post this thread-postie-thingie here. :challengeaccepted:

I've recently been a lot around developing apps for Android (not planning to work on iOS too soon, because Apple fucktards want to get paid 100$ per year if you want to release one single app in their shitty AppStore :bitchplease:  ). Well and after MTA, it's been fun for me to play around with the new development possibilities, setting up little servers on my raspberrypi and creating new projects again.
Currently I'm working on an App enabling you to share stuff in your local environment like spontaneous meetings, "lost&found", and other things, but working as single person always leads to having kind of a limited horizon.

So I just wanted to post this here, asking if anyone of you got ideas for an App (doesn't matter if it's a game or a utility one :allthethings: ), that you might think would be cool or nice to have.

Your friendly coder from the neighborhood,
      Tjonga :rainbowpuke:
Maybe something like a game where you have to be such a gamer that you don't give a shit about anything, and you become fat, get kicked out of your mom's apartment, etc. I didn't really see any games like this before.

You could also make an app, where you have different types of cars and motorcycles, and you can rev them, I've seen some of those, but they are crap, simply crap.

Making a parkour/freerunning type of 2D game maybe with stickmans, would be nice.

Actually, I have lots of ideas for you, just have to work on them for a bit. :bean:

as i am very good in forgetting birthday dates and hate the pressure of getting a present quick, i would like to have an calender app which one the one side reminds me of birthdays some days or weeks before it happen and on the other side suggest me presents which fits to this person ( with links to shops etc. )

ofc i have to feed the app before with infos about my friends like hobbies, favourites etc.

an all in one "bday organzier" app

as developer you can may sell infos about human habits / interests or, when app is popular, slots for company which will suggested in the app

I like to go jogging. While jogging it's helpful to listen to music for having a rythm. My idea:
Make an app which atomatically counts the BMP (beats per minute) of all songs and create a playlist of those songs (just if the user wants). At moment I use apps which just count the BMPs but that apps do not work automatically and I have to scan one song after another (that's the main problem if you have 1000+ songs). In the end I also have to create a playlist manually.
Maybe there is already such an app but I didn't find that yet.

great idea. With this playlist and a connected heartbeat counter the app plays automatically songs that have the same BPM as your heart :)

I'm currently developing android games too.
My next project is a "hacking" game, where you are a player and can upgrade your hard- and software
And ofc you need to "hack" people.

I don't know, if you're still developing, but to relive old times, we could maybe to a project together if you're interested
