      [Report] Spamming

      Nick: Everyone who's doing that?
      Reporting: Spamming
Date and Time: All the time
      Reason: Spamming
Evidence: I can upload like 2-3 photos of Rio or whoever was on the server, but it's not gonna make any difference, so:
      Additional information:
I've been gone for the whole summer. I started playing Carball recently and there's some new tendency of people spamming random shit. I talked with Neon's Section Leaders and they said that it's ALLOWED as long as it's not public (in a Carball arena). And one more condition to that is if nobody is complainning about it. This, people, is ridiculus. I don't remember something like that in Neon's history ... a point that allows spamming. So childish. Really, all the Administrators gotta come on the server and see that kindergarted themselves. This kind of spamming annoys me. It distracts me. I am complainning and the continue. Even the Section Leaders. So here I am now, asking you to think of something and forbid that shit once and for all like it's been for years. I don't want people to spam while I'm playing Carball. I can't enjoy Carball anymore, because it's full of childish behaviour.

I will be waiting for a response!

There is a difference between wanting to fix something and looking for trouble, you race are looking for trouble since you came back first when you wanted hero to remove the Snakes tag and then this, its not annoying anyone as far as i know and i also see you're the childish one here as you care so much about "repetitive messages" and not people who lag or ram on purpose, you're not here to play but here to create drama, quit plz! :| :|

So called rules say that if someone complains, players need to stop. I've been complainning all the time and noone ever stops. I'm not confortable with that... I hate spamming. This is why I'm here.

And about Hero. Imagine being in one single club for 3-4 years and being behind so much history, awards and great players. Then this club gets closed and some brainless character appears with its clubtag and starts acting childish. What would you do?

Sorry but i cant accept your opinion because youre completly wrong.
The Real troublemaker are people like Hero not Race.
Provoking and start fights 24/7 when theyre online.

Race shouldnt quit ;) better you do when its your serious opinion ;)
At this point, there are no rules, no matter if you complain or no, spamming will be there. Why? Because these spammers are keeping the carball alive. Out of the already small community, 90% of them have binds which are frequently and daily used. Community has evolved.
So you either accept it or you leave. (You were gone for a summer, during which carball was filled up with people that didn't complain at all (?)) People won't stop using binds, people won't stop spamming. Admins can ban them, but then they got empty server, or filled with random arabs. People enjoy their time in carball, most of them. You won't comply to everyone, surely not in this case. Majority got the upper hand obviously, which are the binders/spammers. You are too disconnected from a community, which as i mentioned, has evolved to this point. You won't experience that old carball you could back in the day.

About Hero, we all know that he has his flaws. But ask yourself a question, would he do that to Wolves, or to Toads? He wouldn't, because those clubs earned respect and a honor from the community. Snakes on the other hand, became a meme, after their leadership decision making and the direction they were heading to. So it is only your fault sadly. :bean:
I talked with Barbawix about this in some point in the past, apart from another going not as far as two weeks ago. We have agreed to the following, as it has been since our Leadership of the section:

Spam in public chat is completely forbidden, and anyone will get muted for it. Be it long veteran players, or new ones. Now, spam in arena chat is another thing completely. It has been stated that it is allowed as long as nobody complains about it. If in an arena of six, four, two, or twenty-two people, it only needs one person to complain about the others to stop it. If a Member is online at that moment, the Member should do his duty, that is moderate the server.

It doesn't help either that said Member would play with the chat hidden, to help him/her focus on the game. This could be explained for the distraction that the chat could make.

Race is but one of those people who complain, and the rest should comply with the request in this very case. That is how it has always been, and if anyone has any problem, they can request a change, or not play with those who complain, though that last one seems rather childish (if it were for this issue, and not others).
